Apple is Coming out with an New Mini iPad?

Every year we expect a new iPhone from Apple, and sure enough the rumored iPhone 5 came out early September. Before any official announcement of new the iPhones, there will be tons of article discussing what the new iPhone will look like and when will it actually come out. All the excitement builds up as the date gets closer. Now it is the same for the rumored mini iPad that may come out this Fall.
